Job Description
IP Acquisition:
• Identifying and acquiring IPs from various IP owners for DTH depending on budget. Either renewal or new acquisition.
• Negotiating licensing agreements and terms with IP providers to secure rights.
• Evaluating requirements within the game and accordingly getting assets from the respective content providers.
• Speaking to forthcoming movie production houses in case interested in for Spin n Roll | Board Master
Operations:
• Developing and implementing workflows, processes and systems for efficient content management, delivery for respective games.
• Overseeing content management with respect to recommendations for the games.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Hungama tech, Gameshastra team, Content Programming, Content Ingestion, Content Acquisition, Marketing.
• Getting Songs uploaded | Downloaded | Replaced | Artwork arranged for Song beat as per the requests from the Game Shastra team.
Social Media:
• Developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement and audience growth organically on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Creating tailor made content for each of the platforms.
• Planning and scheduling social media posts, campaigns and promotions to maximize impact based on the reach time and numbers of the past analysis.
• Monitoring social media channels for mentions, comments and feedback and responding promptly to user inquiries and concerns.
• Analyzing social media metrics, performance data and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Others:
Women Game Changers:
• Working on Women Game Changers property, identifying over 100 women in the field of Music, Video and Gaming relevant to each year.
• Setting up a jury meet for the final 50 selection.
• Once selected update the website with the women names, images and available bio from the internet.
• Reach out to each of the winners via Instagram | Linked In | Emails
• Get Bios | Images
• Get time for the podcast
• Once the podcast is recorded edit the same and upload as per the planned dates/days.
• Promote the same on social media with a strategic plan.
• In case of Hungama association for various expos, the winners can be invited as a privilege of being a Game Changer.
Kiosk at Events:
• Request for kiosk at the events where there is a Hungama association.
• Evaluate if having the same will add any value to HGS.
• Roles Include:

• Giveaways
Marketing Requirements for the Games:
• Bytes for the games especially from T-Series.
• Packaging the same according to social media and Google Ads.
• Recording videos for social media from co-employees for better reach on social media and ads.
• Connecting with the artists for collaboration in gratis.
• Ensuring Song Recommendations are made keeping in mind the Hungama Numbers and trends on YT and social media.
• Updating the forthcoming movie release dates in a consolidated sheet.
• Being mindful of the gaming rights available and the end date.
• Taking necessary approvals for the marketing assets that needs to go on Social Media.
