Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Understand, verify, and work on the itinerary closed by the sales team.
• Work on the same by coordinating with the suppliers, hoteliers, vendors, and DMC, for the best-in-class hotels, transfers & and service for the guests.
• Designing Itineraries, costing & and quotations based on the guest's requirements.
• Coordinate & negotiate with existing suppliers, vendors & hoteliers for best rates & services.
• Process the confirmed bookings.
• Release the vouchers, tickets, and day-to-day itinerary to the clients and ensure that they carry a copy of the same.
• Coordinate with the client before the travel and brief them about the dos and don’ts. Ensure the guest has carried all valid documents for a hassle-free travel / holiday
• Maintaining relationships with travelers by calling and understanding their trip-related feedback.
• Coordinating with travel experts and vendors to resolve conflicts to ensure high quality of experience for guests.
Experience :
• 1-2 years’ Experience In Operation & Products (Domestic Travel & Holiday Package).
• A graduate / UG with Dipl. Or PGD in Travel & Tourism. Excellent command of written & and spoken English
