Job Role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales-Operation Executive to join our on-ground team. This role involves managing customer orders, ensuring timely processing, addressing queries related to deliveries and order status, and coordinating with internal departments to provide an excellent post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
· Handle customer queries related to order status, delivery timelines, product availability, and after-sales support.
· Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
· Update and maintain accurate records of customer orders, returns, and complaints.
· Track and resolve delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies proactively.
· Conduct field visits, if required, to support sales activities and customer satisfaction.
· Assist in reporting and analysis of order flow and customer satisfaction metrics.
· Serve as a key point of contact between sales and operations teams.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
· Ability to travel locally as needed.
