About the Role:
· Set up processes for E-commerce operations including Warehousing, Transportation Operations, and Order Fulfilment related aspects.
· Ensure supply chain processes run smoothly from first mile to last mile. Manage service quality, and improve process efficiency for delivery logistics.
· Build a strong network of logistics providers for route and cost optimization.
· Manage operations across Logistics, Warehouse Management, Post Sales and QC.
· Scale the process through tech solutions and automation to ensure price changes, promotional sets, and markdowns are effective.
