Operations Executive

• We are hiring multiple Operations Executives. This is a full-time in-office job based out of Gurgaon and not a hybrid or work-from-home opportunity.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those willing to learn the tricks, trades and obstacles of working and growing in an early stage start-up and provide expertise in shaping up the operations of the company. This role requires working closely with the management and playing a big part in major decision-making plans. This role demands the best out of you and provide expertise and assistance in operations.

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven person to join our core team. To be successful as an operations executive, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as quickly as possible and be able to spot opportunities that others have overlooked. Outstanding operations executives are problem solvers who know the value of attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and strong phone presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversight of day-to-day operations.
• Work with the core team and the founder to identify opportunities and processes to ease overall operations.
• Capable of managing leads via various sources building a solid pipeline, doing thorough follow-ups and converting leads.
• Knowledge in Advanced Excel is preferred- MIS Report (VLookup, Pivot Table, Formatting, Formulas, Report, etc)
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Oversight of day-to-day operations.
• Should have strong e-mail knowledge to communicate with partner vendors.
• Identify new processes and styles to implement for better work management.
• Prepare updates and reports to track growth and success rates.
• Has to involve the management in setting goals and objectives.

Requirements:
• Should have basic healthcare/healthtech knowledge.
• Should have an exceptional presence over call and ease of communication.
• Should be aware of the importance of follow-ups.
• Should have a passion to learn, execute and excel in the operations and management world.
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with the founding team regularly.
• Ability to take initiative, employ good judgement and manage projects from beginning to end.
• Exceptional ability to manage details.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Should have a good command of English and possess impeccable oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience is a plus.
• Should be a quick learner and have a desire to gain knowledge.

We are looking for a candidate with 0-2 years of experience in operations. The salary range will be between INR 2,40,000 - INR 3,00,000 per annum based on your skill and performance. Your educational qualifications don't matter and if you have the skill and desire to work and perform in this role, we will be happy to have you on our team.
