Role & Responsibilities
• Develop Domestic / International itinerary for travel requests received from clients
• Identify the most appropriate itinerary for the client’s need
• Timely and efficient production of travel bookings
• Follow-up with the Sales Staff on the quotes submitted
• Ensure maximum conversion of quotes into booking request
• Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of vouchers to clients
• Write reports and Maintain records.
• To be accountable and meet all obligations and productivity through effective and superior consulting.
Desired Skill set
• Excellent knowledge of Geography, Airline Fares, etc.
• Excellent Written and Spoken Communication, Inter-personal and Team working skills.
• Eye for Detail with an attitude to excel and learn is a must.
• IATA Certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in domestic & international tourism
