Job Title: Operations Executive Intern (Onsite, Full-Time)
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Type: Internship (Full-Time, Onsite)
Stipend: Up to ?15,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
Duration: 3 - 6 Months (extendable / convertible to full-time role)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Delivery Executive Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and coordination skills, along with a basic understanding of operations and marketing. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, timely deliveries, and supporting marketing and client activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in delivery and execution of client projects and campaigns.
• Support marketing initiatives such as content coordination, outreach, and reporting.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely updates and completion of deliverables.
• Maintain reports, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support documentation, data entry, and basic administrative work.
• Identify operational or marketing process gaps and suggest improvements.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of business operations and marketing activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
• Graduation or Post Graduation in Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ months of experience in operations, marketing, or a similar role preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite in Kolkata (full-time, Monday to Friday).
