Department: Intern / Operations Executive
Desired Qualification & Experience: MBA / Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience
Locations available: Bangalore (Work from Office)
POSITION : B2B - OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / INTERN
Communicating with freelancers, trainers, and learners regarding training programs and interviews.
Managing backend operations tasks, such as scheduling sessions, updating attendance, and preparing program analysis reports.
Booking travel and hotel tickets for associates participating in programs and maintaining records.
Maintaining reimbursement records and collecting necessary documents for timely processing.
Monitoring programs, obtaining student feedback, and addressing their program-related inquiries.
Assisting the team in creating test links, uploading videos, and proofreading content.
Recruiting new freelancers by scheduling demos and following the recruitment process.
Coordinating placements and handling related tasks.
Requirements
Proficient in Malayalam (Compulsory) and English.
Effective communication skills with students, clients, and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Driven by challenging professional goals, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
Basic to advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent email communication and phone etiquette.
Familiarity with scheduling meetings using ZOHO, ZOOM, GTW, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
Should be ready to travel all over India
