Simplease is an online real estate platform to enable a faster and smarter renting experience. Our platform is built on extensive data which helps in addressing issues of lack of transparency, inefficient market dynamics, and unpredictable consumer experience.
About the Internship:
Job summary: As the OE, your main objective would be to ensure the smooth conduct of overall operations for the firm. You will work with almost everyone in the office in various capacities but you will take your direction mostly from the relationship managers (RMs) and the head of relationship management. The head of relationship management will determine the order of your priorities and outline what your daily tasks will be.
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing the process flow
2. Managing the process flow for all client transactions
3. Monitoring adherence to the process flow
4. Handling communications
5. Managing corporate and client communications
6. Managing client communications based on the requirements laid down by RMs
7. Handling communications addressed to Simplease
8. Handling client requests
+. Handling client requests as forwarded by RMs
10. Getting involvement and assistance from the concerned RM
11. Conducting research
12. Conducting research relating to mining opportunities to be offered to clients (This will be based on the broad directions by RMs. You will be ably assisted by RMs on the same.)
Job requirements:
1. Candidate should be smart and should have the ability to take decisions on the spot
2. Should have the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
3. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills with command over English and Hindi languages
4. The candidate should be able to take decisions on technical aspects such as if the repair needs to happen on the spot or if it needs to get changed
5. Candidate should also be extremely comfortable in using social media forums and must be competent to work on MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Should assist in report making as well- computer skills required
7. Preliminary inspection will take place and the candidate will need to go on-site for the same
8. Vendor management is required (vendor will be provided)
+. Other skills such as negotiation skills, communication, decision-making, and observation is a must
10. Candidate should have a high level of motivation to work in a start-up environment
11. A degree in MBA/BBA is preferable but certainly not a qualifying criterion
12. Graduation in any stream is a must
13. Candidate will be suitably compensated and will be provided sufficient growth opportunities within the firm
