Roles & Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement strategies for improving operations
•Handle day-to-day tasks and ensure the accuracy of deliveries
•Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes
•Provide support to astrologers & users to facilitate smooth operations
•Ensure compliance with all relevant queries
Skill Set Required:
•Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
