About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling shopping portals:
a. Shopify - Manage the company website, Add banners
b. Change prices time to time, add offers, check inbox
c. Amazon - Create product listing, Manage pricing
d. Manage inventories
e. Jio Mart - Create listings, manage inventories
f. Mail - Check mails on the regular basis, reply to the messages
2. Sourcing:
a. Gallabox - Check and reply to all the messages
b. Send broadcast messages
c. Pushout - Send pushout notifications, Send mails as broadcast - Emailers
3. Stock updates on excel:
a. Salon - Confirm clients for salon, maintain salon sheet
b. Confirm salon client tours, Send review links
c. Managing and coordinating with team
4. Miscellaneous Duties:
a. Shiprocket - Recharge balance, keeping a track of undelivered orders
& raise disputes
b. Client Queries - Replying to client queries/ Issues and resolving them
c. Daily Order list - Sending daily order list
d. Instagram - Handling Dm's of Inari Naturals
e. Creating Invoices
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Thane, Mumbai and neighboring cities
