Job Title- Operations Executive (Jr.)
Industry- E-Commerce
Job location- Mumbai, Candidate must have his/her own laptop.
Qualification-Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Work Experience- Min 4 years Proven experience in logistics management, order fulfillment, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. E commerce industry is preferred. Candidates with a successful stint at Flipkart, Cora, Nykaa, Amala, Bigbasket, Kind life preferred.
CTC- 4 to 5.5 lpa
Candidate Location- Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai only.
Skill-
• Excellent communication skills, Verbal/ written, fluent in English
• Proficiency in using logistics software and systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Job Description-:
● Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics operations and order fulfillment processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum efficiency.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination of activities throughout the order fulfillment cycle.
● Oversee and manage logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
● Negotiate and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality service, and adherence to service level agreements.
● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and order fulfilment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
● Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and order management processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
● Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including inventory allocation, picking, packing, and shipping.
● Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the order fulfilment process.
● Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce stockouts.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and order management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
