I am looking for an Ad Operations Executive to join their specialist team, working across a number of key clients. You will responsible for the activation and ongoing maintenance of key client's campaigns across display, video, and social.
Responsibilities Include:
• Working across campaign set ups for a number of key clients. Owning and executing the platform set ups for these clients, from creative build through to activation and campaign troubleshooting.
• Coordinating with multiple internal teams - from creative conception and strategy teams, template and product developers, through to creative analysts and designers.
• Thoroughly reviewing and testing creatives and setups before they go live.
• Effectively troubleshoot technical issues, build future proofed campaign setups and streamline operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
• 1+ years campaign management within an Ad Operations or Programmatic role and experience with either display, video or social.
• Understanding of the digital media landscape and associated platform setups.
• Strong excel skills.
• Naturally inquisitive and problem solving mindset.
• Confident communicator.
• Organised - ability to manage and meet deadlines across different clients.
• Collaborative approach - enjoys working closely and flexibly with members of their own and other.
• Knowledge of creative code language (CSS, HTML5, Javascript).
• Experience with external/client facing communication.
