Job Description
The Senior Manager- Operations is accountable for managing hospital operations of Riti eye care hospitals. This position will be based at Riti's corporate office at Lucknow. Responsibilities include getting NABH accreditation for all Riti eye care centers, Managing supply chain, Data analytics and developing Sops and standardizing process across all Riti eye care centers.
Core Responsibilities
Hospital operations
• Ensure highest level of patient care at all Riti eye hospitals
• Support functional teams at hospital (Marketing, Insurance, Operations, procurement) to develop and execute operational strategies
• Ensure operational strategies are aligned to annual target and goals
• Develop SOPs and implement
• Define and monitor key performance indicators in all Riti eye hospitals
• Responsible for maintaining monthly score cards and reporting to senior management
Qualifications
• Master’s in hospital administration/health informatics and other relevant educational qualification
• Minimum 10 years of work experience as an Operations manager in a hospital. Work experience in eye hospital would be added advantage
• Knowledge of Data analytics and supply chain management
• Must be willing to learn and be flexible in challenging/ambiguous environments
Ability to work in a growing, geographically distributed organization, and able to travel when required.
