Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Motor Insurance Executive with at least one year of experience in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing motor insurance renewals, generating new quotes, handling endorsements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quote Generation:
o Generate insurance quotes based on customer requirements and coverage needs.
o Provide accurate pricing and details on different policy options.
• Renewal Follow-up:
o Contact clients for motor insurance renewal reminders. o Ensure timely renewal of policies by working with customers and partners.
• Endorsements:
o Process endorsement requests (e.g., vehicle details changes, name changes, and other policy modifications). o Maintain proper documentation and records for all endorsements.
• Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain accurate and updated records in the insurance management system.
o Prepare necessary documentation and reports for renewals, claims, and endorsements.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in motor insurance or a similar role.
• Good understanding of motor insurance products, policy terms, and underwriting processes.
• Ability to generate accurate insurance quotes and manage renewals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in handling motor insurance
