The ight, an upcoming fashion brand, is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our order management process, ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Job Summary:
We're looking for an organized and analytical Operations Executive to oversee our order management process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including warehouses, delivery companies, and internal teams, to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Receive, process, and manage customer orders through our system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Authentication and Verification: Verify the authenticity of orders received, checking for any discrepancies or potential fraud.
3. Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouses to ensure smooth picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
4. End-Mile Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with end-mile delivery companies to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
5. Dispatch Scheduling: Schedule dispatches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders.
6. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any order-related issues, including missing or damaged items, and communicate with customers and internal teams as needed.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve order management processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience.
• Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or a related field.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with order management software.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Personal Qualities:
1. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
2. Proactive and solution-focused approach to issue resolution.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
