Job Title: Operations Executive – Orders
Location: Thane (W)
Department: Operations
Salary : 20k
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive – Orders to join our e-commerce operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a must for daily tracking and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily order processing from various sales channels (website, marketplaces, etc.)
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely order dispatch and delivery
Track and update order status in internal systems and Excel trackers
Reconcile dispatched vs undelivered/cancelled orders and update reports accordingly
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipping data, and exceptions
Work with the customer support team to resolve order-related queries or delays
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly order and dispatch reports using Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth order fulfillment operations
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in the order management workflow
Key Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel – especially VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
Good understanding of e-commerce operations and order lifecycle
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data and orders
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications & Experience:
HSC or Graduation is a must
1–2years of experience in e-commerce operations or order management
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
