RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle tour assignments and day-to-day operations.
• Should be service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Able to think clearly in emergencies and ensure smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules.
• Creating, negotiating and executing Tour Itinerary for various destinations according to customer’s needs.
• Creating and identifying opportunities to maximize revenues in terms of Tour Packages.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of vendors' performance
• . Evaluate how latest technology trends can be leveraged to improve productivity and innovation.
• Manage escalated contractual issues with existing vendors.
• Monitor adherence to service level standards by vendors.
• Recommend improvements to customer service experience.
• Schedule tour guiding assignments based on fit and availability on overall.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 0-2years of work experience, preferably in travel & tourism industry
• Self-motivated and Team player
• Multi tasker
• Exceptionally good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
