Job Responsibilities
• Conducting verification of the customer over call
• Follow up for collecting KYC/Financial documents
• Scrutiny of proposal form and documents received
• Login the policy in system and getting it issued within the TAT
• Coordinating with various functions like/UW/IT/Sales/medicals for issuing the policy
Maintain the data in excel and has to be good in excel
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is mandatory
• Experience - minimum 1 year in operations
• Candidate from Mumbai Western line can apply
