Designation: Operations Executive
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
Department: Operations
Job Purpose: We’re seeking an experienced Operation Executive to oversee daily activities. The person shall be responsible to lead, manage and coordinate the activities of small to medium-scale operations of the company, understand the business nature and market requirements, and create logistics for the same.
Responsibilities:
· Monitors and execute day-to-day activities for the team to ensure required logistics support is delivered to internal and external customers.
· Provides smooth and efficient flow of work within a team
· Preparing a day-to-day to-do –list for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively.
· Report and Analysis daily activities of the department and highlighting issues that are considerably management concerns.
· Liaising with Service providers and partners.
· Provide support to all the departments of the company
· Meeting Property Service Providers.
· Team management.
· Analytical Skills to support other departments
Requisite Skills:
· Very Good English Communication.
· Go getting Attitude.
· Self-Motivated.
· Quick Thinker
· Problem Solver
· Very good Knowledge in Microsoft Advance Excel and PPT
· .Flexible to travel
Education:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Relevant Experience:
1-3 years of real estate sales experience
Monthly Net Salary:
15000/- - 30000/-

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
