Building storage solutions like this require long-term partnerships with the big brands across industries like Pharma, FMCG, E-com. We are looking for Sales Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
1. Operation Executive must follow-up new Business Developments after getting leads from Sales Team.
2.Sending Company profile to new Customers through email every day and follow-up everyday with new customers.
3. A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
4. You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
5. The sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints.
6. You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
7. The sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
8. Follow-up with Customers, getting their requirements, coordinating with Operations Team for quotes and sending to Customers and follow-up for converting quotes to Orders.
+. Retention of Customers and making good professional relationship with Customers.
10. Supporting Sales Team for arranging meeting with Customers and converting enquiries into sales.
11. Daily follow-ups and sending Sales DSR every day to Sales Team and DSR to Customer as per advice of Sales Team.
12.Searching Tenders from various portals as per the pre-requisites, Sharing to the Management alongwith BOQ, Maintaining reports of various tenders as per qualification, Coordination with various government departments via mail/letters.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years' experience in sales related role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Salary between 4to 5L
