ABOUT JOB ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Servicing for our organization. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic in communicating with clients and customers and will have a plethora of ideas for developing effective tactics.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong desire to learn
• Creative approach towards problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Staying updated with recent trends happening in the startup industry
• Good MS excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Should be pleasant and empathetic while they’re interacting with client.
• Resolve client complaints via phone, email, whatsapp.
• Possess great listening skills and patience
• Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended
accordingly and keep records of client interactions
• Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of clientissues.
• Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.
