Key Responsibilities:Monitor Fraudulent Transactions: Assist in tracking suspicious user activities and fraudulent transactions on gaming platforms to ensure security and integrity.Manage Withdrawals: Oversee user withdrawals, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.Admin Panel & CRM Management: Use the Admin Panel and CRM to manage user data, resolve operational issues, and support customer requests.Create Tournaments & Contests: Help in designing and launching new tournaments and contests on the platform, including configuration and scheduling.Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to generate insights, identify inefficiencies, and suggest process improvements.Excel Expertise: Use Excel to manage data, create reports, and conduct operational analyses. Strong skills in data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas are essential.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, create reports, and document workflows for future reference.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to address operational issues and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.Process Improvement: Assist the senior operations team in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance.Key Skills and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).Ability to monitor, detect, and report suspicious activities (fraud detection).Analytical mindset with an eye for detail.Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability.Basic understanding of CRM tools and admin panel functionalities.Willing to work in cross-department roles when required and bring out-of-box thinking to solve operational challengesStrong communication and teamwork skills.Interest or passion for gaming is an added advantage.
