● Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including training freelancers, managing vendor relationships and streamlining logistics and collaterals.
● Network Expansion: Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners, expanding our network and market reach.
● Campaign Success: Drive the successful execution of our offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
● Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
● Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of media, financial, and campaign performance metrics. Prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
● Team Development: Train and mentor freelancers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
