Responsibilities -
Plan and create initiatives to run and execute marketing campaigns.
Must have experience in customer management/ client engagement.
Co-ordinating between different teams for exchange of ideas and information.
Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions.
Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market.
Interview and onboard candidates in the organisation.
Organize and maintain all the documents in place.
Act as a SPOC between the candidates and the organisation solving their problems.
Follow up with the candidates to raise their invoices and ensure it is processed timely.
Act as a front face keeping good rapport with clients, vendors and candidates.
Qualifications -
Must have a bachelor’s degree. Masters would be considered an advantage.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Freshers with good communication skills and willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Must have the ability to do multi-tasking and take decisions individually.
Must be willing to work six days a week
