Job Description
We are seeking an individual with great sense of urgency, who will be able to develop and build stakeholder relationships and collaborate within the marketing organization to drive web execution. The candidate will work closely with other Company departments on web initiatives; hence this person must be highly organized with ability to track success through measurable goals and metrics. This person must have strong communication skill and used to work in matrixed organizations.

What you'll do
• Plan, coordinate, collaborate operational activities on behalf of the Delivery leads
• Build rapport, alignment, and operational advocacy among delivery , corporate functions and executive team;
• Ensure the maintenance of seamless collaboration and continuity across all revenue streams and the customer engagement lifecycle;
• Track and report Revenue , invoice billing, allocation of resources , Utilization of resources, employee pyramid management, category progression, COLA etc
• Track for demand and fulfilment and forecasting based on it
• Prepare WSR trackers and other status reporting of the project milestones and deliverables
• Work with HR team for HR activities in the BU for skill gap, training and LnD
• Report all the functions -Like Revenue, Operations, Client and employee management SLA to the management
• Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks ensuring business plan is being executed within budget and given deadlines.
Expertise you'll bring
• Strong understanding on delivery process, Exp of working with IT Org in the construct of delivery models
• Exceptional business communication and leadership abilities and have proven experience of inspiring and steering personality types across the board
• Degree in any financial background – with relevant work expertise having min 15 years of exp
• Well versed with delivery KPIs, and project milestones
• Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
• Passionate about helping stake holders to achieve the goals
• Create immersive dashboards and data analysis with ability to recognize patterns in data Basic Requirements 10+ years' product development experience in a supervisory capacity
• Hands on experience of working on excel
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or finance required (MBA preferred)
