JOB OVERVIEW
Join the Operations department of a venture capital funded, rapidly growing Indian sports brand. In this role you’ll be responsible for handling matters related order fulfilment, inventory management, and operational MIS.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Order Fulfilment:
• Collate & confirm orders (over whatsapp & calls) across sales channels (website, marketplaces, offline)
• Create pick, pack, ship lists and oversee the execution
• Efficiently manage order tagging and special requests so that all order attributes are correctly managed and tracked
• Manage shipment aggregators and courier services
• NDR management & communicate with customers to maximize fulfillment rates
• Mange the returns / refunds / replacement process for online orders
• Daily & Weekly MIS to track Order Fulfilment processes
Inventory Management:
• Manage and update inventory across all relevant portals
• Organize warehouse and fulfilment functions for effective inventory movement
• Quality control and segregation of usable, repair, and unusable inventory.
• Inventory related MIS’s
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ecommerce operations role
• Good English & Hindi communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong work ethic, time management, and the ability to multitask
• Microsoft Office skills especially Excel; Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus
• Graduate in any specification
• Eager to work at an early-stage startup and can work independently
