Job Description
The role will be handling the operations for a online travel portal.
Key Responsibilities
• Responding to client queries & ensures they are completed in time.
• Handling inquiries with an appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques
• Upload rates and inventory for self-contracted hotels.
• Handling the entire reservation process and ensure that the data is correctly entered into the system
• Interacting with clients to assist them with doubts or queries
• Interact with suppliers for amendments, modifications, refunds or client service issues
• Manage traveler issues arising during the trip
• Participate in office administration & supplier relationship
Qualifications
• Graduate with 2 to 5 years experience in sales & operations role in a online travel portal
• Coordinating with suppliers and hoteliers directly
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Geographical areas
• Good Communication & convincing skills
• Should have knowledge about domestic/inbound/outbound market
