Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to manage warehouse operations for our e-commerce company in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in warehouse inventory management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day inward / outward inventory operations and ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage of products
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound prints with print suppliers
• Daily MIS on material availability
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
