Key Responsibilities
• Organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods across multiple warehouses
• Planning and managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations
• Directing, optimizing, and coordinating the complete order cycle
• Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters, and other relevant parties
• Working responsibly to manage the overall supply chain operations
• Acting as a liaison between the client and the onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
• Providing timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
• Coordinating daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
• Assisting with documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions
• Maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions
