Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
• Prepare HR reports and to maintain the data as on date.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information's.
• Assist for VISA processes for the candidates
• Provide administrative and operations support.
• Regular follow-ups with candidates until their onboarding.

Skill Requirements:
• Any Bachelor's degree or Masters degree
• 3-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good communication & Negotiations skills.
• Fluency in English & Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,535.49 per month
