Offering train, flight and bus utility & bookings, the company applies AI for deal discovery, personalized recommendations, airfare predictions & alerts, train delay prediction, PNR confirmation prediction and automated customer service.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performing and Owing daily Reconciliation with Suppliers/operators
2. Performing & owing Daily Reconciliation with online payment gateways
3. Responding to all chargeback claims from PG/Banks within SLA with proper
evidence
4. Maintaining reconciliation of refunds/chargebacks/PG cost
5. Proacively Highlighting & getting the reconciliation items resolved with stakeholders in time bound manner
6. Prepare Management Report as required
7. Booking of provider invoices and revenue in books.
8. Preparing audit schedule and getting audit done in timely manner without any
adverse observations
9. Bringing automation in areas of responsibility
Skills needed:
1. Knowledge of online transactions processing (preferred)
2. Able to handle voluminous data
3. Knowledge of advance Excel (Preferred having experience in Power Query and VBA)
4. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
5. Multi-Tasking abilities
6. Capable of working with minimal supervision
7. Self starter
8. Good Verbal & written communication skills
9. Open to accept more responsibilities
10. Critical thinking, reasoning and logical interpretation
Qualifications
Educational qualification Required:
Candidate should be at least a Graduate.
Desired Experience:
Must have 5 year of work experience
