Client Description:

Our client is an Indian MNC Company Manufacturing Window Blinds. Being one of

the leading companies in PAN India, the company has also spread it wings internationally

from last 4 years and set the benchmark in the very short span of time under the Brand

Name “Callistus”. Callistus has its manufacturing unit in UAE & also having office in UK.

Globally, the business has more than 500 channel partners that offer a variety of window

covering products.

Responsibilities:

 Developing and implementing operational strategies

 Manage and co-ordinate with the processes of production, the supply chain, logistics,

customer service and quality control to ensure it can meet quality standards and customer

need.

 Specifying and building tools to improve the speed and quality of support team.

 Onboarding and training new support team members

 Lead the team and Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times

 Oversee the timely dispatch of products to customers.

 Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and

productivity.

 Identify and resolve operational problems and issues as they arise.

 Ensure timely installation and service to customers.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve company goals.

 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-

driven decisions.

 Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational

workflows.

 Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data from the customer service

functions.

 Working closely with senior management to help customer service deliver on their

components of overall company goals and objectives.
