1. Customer related :
a. Manages daily performance to ensure that all CROs, Team Leads and Manager-Operations are providing an above-average level
b. Meets/exceeds service and quality levels as assigned by Management/Client
c. Manage customer escalations within permissible TAT
d. Coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates
e. Uphold Our Client/Company virtues
2. Financials related :
a. Ensure profitability of the process
b. Preparation of budget and process manpower count
3. Skills:
a. Drives innovation and process improvement
b. Ownership and accountability
c. Project Management
d. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
e. Excellent client relationship Management skills
f. Ability to exercise tact and excellent interpersonal skills

k. Sound Knowledge of English, Hindi and other regional language(s)
l. Good understanding of the customer service processes
Education & Experience
• Graduation with 2 to 3 year experience in BFSI call center operations in managerial / leadership role
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
• Positive and patient
