Description
• Works as part of an experience squad aligned to ‘H2R’ services
• Responsible for preparing client/internal reports based on defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) or ad-hoc as per business needs by sourcing the reporting information from various applications and/or teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Support in handling reporting queries appropriately and in a timely prioritised manner.
• To be able to work in a fast-paced environment and strictly adhere to policies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence in completing with highest standards and accuracy
• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation via qualitative and quantitative dashboards
• Work on data testing of various items for new and current HRSS projects as per business needs
• Executes data/system transactions where these cannot be performed by self-service or automation.
• Interact with subject matter experts and internal teams (e.g., solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee/client/business queries
• Prioritize report requests, identify ways to automate existing and incoming requests and conduct continuous follow ups/ check-ins to ensure closure
• Drive and raise continuous improvement opportunities in HR service delivery
• Gain cross disciplinary HR knowledge to deliver end to end ownership of customer experiences
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Able to manage global reporting needs working alongside multiple stakeholders is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated strong H2R knowledge and continuous improvement implementation.
• Ability to simply, ideate and crunch large quantum of data via dashboard storytelling.
• Good in SQL & experience in handling metadata using MS Office suite & tools like Tableau/Power BI
• Exceptional attention to details. Knowledge of SuccessFactors/LMS tools is a big plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
• HR qualification or related degree.
• Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel; Word; PowerPoint).
• Conversant in Success Factors, beneficial.
• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in Shared Services
