Ready to Launch Your Career in Entertainment Operations?

We’re offering an incredible 12-month paid placement in our Operations team, based in Chiswick, starting 6th October 2026. Working 3 days a week in the office, you’ll support the team behind the sales, marketing, and distribution of content from iconic brands like Paramount Pictures, MTV, Nickelodeon, and more. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and build the skills to launch your career in media — all while being part of a supportive, global business.

The International Operations department handles the distribution of physical media (DVD, Blu-rays and UHDs) for all Paramount Global titles in Europe and Asia. They coordinate with Marketing, Creative and Production teams in LA as well as local teams to ensure that the release strategy for physical product is executed to a high standard. This team also coordinates with vendors and local distributors to ensure the product is out in the market on time and with the right specifications.

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in making sure our global content and partnerships run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

Bring Content to Life: Help localise packaging and disc labels so everything’s ready on time for release.
Keep Us Connected: Make sure our Licensee contact details are always up to date and shared with the right teams.
Support Global Reach: Assist with sub-licensing by checking which assets (and languages!) are available for different markets.
Stay Organised: Manage our source content and distribution lists—keeping everything accurate and on schedule.
Be the Data Hero: Create reports that help our International and Domestic Operations teams make smart decisions.
Solve Real Problems: Help resolve any quality issues that pop up in our Licensee markets.
Get Hands-On with Systems: Raise purchase orders in SAP and handle stock and shipping requests.
Shape the Way We Work: Help improve and standardise our internal processes and documentation.
Manage the Cool Stuff: Maintain our product sample library and handle requests from both internal teams and external clients.

What we are looking for:

Recently finished school or university and ready to kick-start a career in media
A genuine passion for Film and TV
Sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills
Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple tasks
A creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box
Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Comfortable using Excel — including functions like VLOOKUP and formulas
We ask that you really read the information provided and apply to the placement that motivates you the most

What else is on offer:

London Living Wage – Earn £96.95 per day, paid monthly (equivalent to £25,207 per year)
