We provide customers with on-site service in more than 60 cities. The day-to-day planning and Executive interaction of field service engineers is managed by the Customer Experience & Workforce Management team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination:
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans for field operations to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of field activities with overall business strategies.
• Implement efficient routing for field executives to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
Training and Development:
• Promote empathetic communication during training to help Field Service Engineers understand customer needs better.
• Development of respectful and ethical conduct in every stage of training and internal coordination.
Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of field executives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Monitor soft skills, ethics, implementing improvements and addressing any issues that may arise.
Communication:
• Act as a bridge between the field executive and higher management, conveying important information, updates, and feedback.
• Establish clear communication channels within the field team to foster collaboration and enhance information flow.
Quality Control:
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that field activities adhere to established standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Problem Resolution:
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during field operations promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions and preventive measures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or pursuing in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any other field.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and any other tools relevant to the industry.
