Are you a hands-on automotive service expert with a passion for leadership and customer satisfaction? Kambio Automotive Group is on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Operations Lead to drive our mobile auto maintenance services to the next level!
At Kambio, we’re transforming the automotive service industry with our mobile-based solutions. We need someone who can handle the daily grind, ensuring smooth operations from scheduling to service delivery while maintaining high standards. This is a remote role, but we need someone reliable and ready to take charge of our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations, keeping both the team and clients safe.
Scheduling & Logistics: Maximize operational efficiency by coordinating and optimizing schedules, logistics, and service appointments for our mobile units.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide service providers to uphold Kambio’s high standards of quality and customer service.
Customer Feedback: Keep a close eye on customer feedback, implementing improvements where necessary to elevate service delivery.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with management to develop and implement operational strategies that support growth and drive performance.
Problem Solving: Respond to customer inquiries, solve operational issues, and come up with creative solutions for any challenges that arise.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on Experience: You’ve been in the automotive service industry, especially mobile-based operations, and know the ins and outs of what makes a service delivery run smoothly.
Strong Leadership Skills: You thrive in guiding a team, making decisions quickly, and resolving issues in real-time. You’ll be a mentor and role model for technicians.
Operational Expertise: You’re an expert at optimizing logistics, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Efficiency is key for you.
Customer-Centric Mindset: You care about the customer experience. You’re always looking for ways to improve service and satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: You’re quick on your feet and able to come up with solutions to unexpected challenges.
Self-Starter: This is a remote position, so you need to be someone who’s proactive and driven to manage day-to-day operations without being micromanaged.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using various software systems to manage operations, schedule appointments, and handle client information.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
