Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners
Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training
 Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on implementation of key initiatives and compliance
 Training preschool Centres for India and International Markets
 Assisting in hiring franchise staff.
2. To ensure academic excellence by
 Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.
 Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions
 Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and provide feedback for class observation.
 Collaborating in the planning, designing and implementation of teaching modules
 Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum
 Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions
Experience and Qualification
Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
