Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and assist in overseeing daily operations and developing the business. The ideal candidate will also be involved in marketing initiatives to promote company awareness and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Support in daily operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Assist in implementing and maintaining operational procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in marketing efforts to increase company visibility and attract new customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, including social media posts, email newsletters, and events.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide administrative support. such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic rganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company.
