• Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Monitor and control production costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze production reports and budgets.
• Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• 10-12 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in air filter manufacturing or a related industry.
