Job Summary
We’re looking for an Operations hire who can take ownership of building and running the backbone of EasyRugs. This role goes beyond daily coordination — it’s about creating systems that keep our operations smooth and scalable. From invoice management to setting up inventory tracking and handling RTO (Return to Origin) cases, you’ll ensure that our processes are organized, efficient, and ready for growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Build and improve systems to manage inventory effectively
Create and streamline processes for RTO (Return to Origin) management
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth deliveries
Track, analyze, and resolve operational issues quickly
Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks and process improvements
What You’ll Need
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or process management
Strong organizational and system-building skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic accounting tools
Ability to think proactively and create solutions to recurring problems
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership
Experience in e-commerce operations or home décor (preferred)
