Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and disciplined person who can handle and co-ordinate
routine operational activities.
Locals of Noida, Ghaziabad area will be preferred. Interview will be conducted this
weekend and immediate joining.
Post – Operations Manager
Key Skill
• Excellent English communication.
• Good at Excel, writing emails in English, speaking to Clients, Vendors and Team members on the phone.
• Project management and Organisational skills.
• Honest, hardworking, dependable.
Job Requirements:
• Manage the allotted projects of the company.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant (FSSAI, Delivery partner agreement etc)
• Manage Project plans and project budget forecasts.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Manage Distributors and Delivery Partners with regular meeting and sharing feedback
• Ensure timely recovery from market hubs and distributors.
• Ensure a disciplined environment and progressive culture in and around company
