Job Profile – Operations Manager (Coding)

Job Brief: We are looking for Business Operations Manager for Coding vertical of ALLEN IntelliBrain where we teach Programming to the kids.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Own, Analyse and Watch Competitor's Space in Coding for Kids and frame the strategy to pace with business and growth.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Business for continuously growing the business.
• Frame new customer acquisition strategy.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to develop Deck, Presentations, Brochure and other collaterals.
• Training the Sales team for Coding Program specific pitching to B2C as well B2B clients.
• Work closely with the Academic Team and Talent Acquisition team to handle the Tutors's training and recruitment process.
• Maintain and track reports for teacher's performance and utilization.
• Training the tutors on various delivery and technical aspects, including the use of LMS and project management tools.
• Handing and coordinating with teams of Curriculum Developers, Assessment Developers, and Admin and Operations Coordinators.
• Project Management through agile tools like JIRA.
• Define Business Revenue Plans in coordination with Business Team and drive the business.
• Create monthly/Quarterly/Yearly production plans & adhere to timelines and maintain 100% resources utilization.
• Provide effective support and guidance to team members, establish a work culture of respect, autonomy and constructive feedback.
• Set up processes and systems to enable clear and transparent communication across all levels of the team.
Job Requirements and Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Management or any Engineering field.
• Prior coding knowledge/experience - either through professional work experience or through teaching coding.
• Understanding of coding platforms like , scratch, thunkable, P5 etc is an added bonus.
• Experience in Coordinating with Cross Functional Teams like Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy.
• Good at data understanding and applications.
• Tech-Savvy and Passionate for Teaching.
• Experience of having Project management (Bonus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
• Acumen for Business and Expansion in B2B and B2C Domains.
• Entrepreneurial Bug will be preferred
