Jaipur Rugs Foundation (JRF) is currently associated with over 40,000 artisans in 6 states of India. 80% of the artisans are women and live in underprivileged rural communities.
Our core focus at JRF is to provide skill-building and skill up-gradation training to those artisans who are associated with carpet weaving and thereby substantially increase their income. Since most artisans involved are women, increased income will make meaningful contributions to alleviating poverty. We facilitate income-generating opportunities at the doorsteps of artisans residing in the remotest of the locations and forward & backward linkages with the aid of our strategic partners.
Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary, the founder, has a dream to empower the weaving community and improve the rural artisans` standard of living while developing human capabilities and skills at the grassroots level.
Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:
• Handling end to end JRF Operations (Branches & HO)
• Skill Development, Field Visit to villages & branches for implementing current & upcoming projects such as Rajasthan Royal & HCL project.
• Consistently taking follow-up with the grass root team and the team at HO.
• Understanding and handling all the projects going on at different locations such as U.P, Bihar, Gujarat, Rajasthan & Jharkhand.
• Project Management and Implementation & while maintaining daily calls with grass root team.
• Initiating programs on Weaver Engagement Initiatives and Partner Engagement.
• Build Repo with weavers and maintain a seamless integration & design such a system which engages weavers with each individual effortlessly.
• Data management, documentation & reporting the entire update on JRF project on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Increasing & maintaining effectiveness & efficiency of the entire team both at HO & grass root level.
• Focusing on Training, Development and Performance Management of the team both at HO & grass root level.
• Experience in relevant field for 10-12 years is desired.
