Role summary: Our client company, StylSmyth Ventures, prides itself on its success that they owe to the efficiency of their operational excellence in day to day organizational processes. They are looking for an Operations Manager with 8-10 years of BPO Operations experience who would help maintain and grow this standard. They’re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities, client interactions, operations running seamlessly, etc. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in day to day outsourcing operations & be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, timely delivery, and excellence within the operations team. This role involves managing a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
We are looking for a competent Operations Professional who has demonstrated a strong proficiency in optimizing operations and enhancing on-time delivery of customer deliverables while maintaining a cost-effective approach throughout their career. They should be experienced in capacity planning and resource management to harness and maximize the company employee strengths, capacity, and bandwidth, resulting in improved productivity and efficiency. A proven track record of driving operational excellence, reducing losses, and ensuring that company operations are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration.
Resource Management:
• Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and scheduling to meet client demands.
• Ensure adequate resources are available to maintain service levels.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the budget for the BPO centre.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security/privacy standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Technology Integration:
• Stay updated on industry technologies and tools.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on operational performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Present findings to senior management and clients.
Employee Development:
• Provide training and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (8-10 years) in operations management, with a track record of achieving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of BPO industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and quality assurance processes.
