Job Description
Exp- Minimum 3 years in handling import/export
Location- Mumbai/ Ahmedabad
All type of import and export procedure work.
• Arrangement of Import I Merchant Export Shipments.
• Verification of all documents pertaining to Import Shipments.
• Preparation of all documents pertaining to Export I
Merchant Export Shipments including banking documents.
• Monitor shipments as they approach.
• Liaison and continuous follow up with the CHA I Shipping Line.
• Review and monitor all Customs rejections, requests for information and other correspondence.
• Receive, review and process import and export contracts.
• Process documents through the established system.
• Record keeping of Import I Merchant Export documents.
• Preparation of MIS as per management requirements.
• Follow up with buyer for payments and with shipping line of any queries
• Follow up with banks by mail and if required by call in case of buyer payments queries
• Day to day reports to seniors of each trade, payment and
shipments
