Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Clover Advisory India in Kalyan. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure efficient processes, manage resources, and drive performance improvement initiatives within the organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality services and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
• Project Management, Operational Planning, and Process Improvement skills
• Experience in managing resources, budgets, and timelines
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations would be added advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Candidate from Banking / Insurance / Hospitality / telecom may also apply
