Job Role:
We are seeking a Vendor Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the daily fieldwork operations of our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication with local restaurants, exploring partnership opportunities, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new partners and vendors. You will oversee compliance with food safety guidelines and hygiene standards, manage the visibility of restaurants on the application, and act as the primary liaison between the company and its restaurant partners. Building strong relationships and networking with local food-chain businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee fieldwork operations, maintaining effective communication with local restaurants and exploring potential partnership opportunities.
• Get involved in the onboarding of new partners and vendors to the platform.
• Collect and manage electronic and hard copies of the vendors and run an end-to-end process of onboarding them to the platform.
• Ensure that all restaurant partners follow proper food safety guidelines and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
• Working on serviceability areas, ensuring all the restaurants are visible on the application.
• Act as the primary leader and point of contact for communication with restaurants.
• Building relationships and networking with the local food-chain businesses.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in related operations domain is mandatory.
• Graduate/ Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in any relative field
• Must be proficient in Local language (preferably Gujarati)
Required Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and vendors
• Knowledge about the local food chain and restaurants.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly, and long-term goals.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and a proactive, go-getter mindset.
• High attention to detail and the ability to critically think through and resolve problems.
Demonstrating outstanding work for a minimum of three months (full or part-time) will earn you the title of Entrepreneur in Residence at KraveRich, powered by IIMA Ventures
