In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and oversee the day-to-day operations of our four offices across Australia. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing calendar management and travel arrangement support;
Preparing reports and maintaining databases;
Coordinating office maintenance and IT setup;
Organising company events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
Excellent communication and organisational skills;
Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy;
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
